What to expect?

On arrival, you are welcomed with a warm drink, we will open the circle, introduce the monthly theme, space to share and then close circle with some time for reflection/journalling.

Each month will be based around a different theme of season.

Who its for?

Open to anyone (18+) who is looking for a safe space to talk and to make sense of thoughts and emotions.

*this is not a substitute for therapy but rather an addition*

About Zoe

Zoë is an Occupational and Nature Therapist specialising in mental health and using the natural environment to improve our health and wellbeing. Stemming from her own experience of burnout recovery using nature, Zoë supports people experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout to use nature to find calm, regain their energy and motivation and reconnect to themselves and the important people in their lives.

About Claire

Claire is a Nature-Based Psychotherapist, EcoNidra Teacher and ANFT Forest Therapy Guide. Claire helps individuals and groups to slow down, reconnect with themselves and deepen their connection with nature and others. Through immsersive nature based practices Claire creates a safe space for healing, reflection and personal growth within the more than human world.

30th September - Offering Our Gifts

We will be exploring how at this time of year we look towards balance, and harvesting what we’ve grown. We will focus on what our own personal gifts are, and how we can use these to create our foundations of further discovery.
