Forest Therapy Walk

Take a few hours out of the hustle and bustle of every day life to slow down.

I will guide you through a series of invitations to gently bring you to a deep level of connection with nature and yourself.

We will conclude the walk with a tea ceremony.

What to bring:

  • Please wear sensible shoes, idealy walking boots or sturdy trainers.

  • Dress for the weather plus an extra layer.

  • Waterproofs!!

  • Sunhat/Sun cream

  • Bottle of water

  • Journal and pen

  • Sit mat if you have one.
