✨ Forest Therapy & Outdoor Sound Bath in Ancient Woodland ✨
This is your invitation to step away from the noise and into the heart of the
forest.
Join Charlotte (Soundwaves) and Claire (Inside Nature Wellbeing) for a
deeply grounding and restorative afternoon in a beautiful ancient woodland
at Make it Wild.
Let the earth support you. Let the sounds and vibrations restore you. Let the
energy flow around you.
🌿 What to Expect 🌿
☀️ Forest Therapy Walk
Grant yourself this time to switch off and reconnect with nature and yourself.
You will be gently guided through a series of invitations to interact and
experience nature in a more intentional way.
Each invitation softly takes you deeper into liminality and away from the
hustle and bustle of everyday life.
This slow and peaceful walk supports you to:
* Reset your nervous system
* Boost your immune system
* Reduce stress and anxiety
* Increase cognition and creativity
* Promote kindness
* Feel a sense of belonging.
☀️ An immersive Gong Relaxation Experience in Ancient Woodland
Imagine lying beneath a canopy of trees that have stood for thousands of
years. The soft moss and earth beneath you, the birds calling in the distance,
the fresh air rich with nature's aromas. The forest is alive, and you are part of
it.
This is not just a sound bath — it's a full-body immersion in the healing power
of nature and vibration.
As you rest on the forest floor, nestled amongst roots and ferns, you’ll be
gently guided into stillness. The natural world holds you, and the sound
begins: deep, earthy tones from gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing
bowls, and gentle percussion rise and fall like waves, echoing through the
trees.
☀️ Many participants:
* Find inner peace and tranquillity
* Remove unwanted energy
* Improve sleep and mood patterns
* Clear their mind and find clarity
* Reduce feelings of stress, worry and anxiety
* Feel refreshed and energised
* Restore connections with themselves and natural energy

☀️ Tea Ceremony
A tea ceremony is a beautiful way to close the session, its a chance for us to
offer our grattiude to nature and to each other, and to ease you back to
reality before heading home.
🌿 What to bring 🌿
☀️Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow - and any other comforts you
may want, you can never be too cosy!
☀️ Please wear comfortable clothing and plenty of layers to allow you to
adjust according to the weather and activity type.
Your body temperature drops when you go into deep relaxation during the
Sound Bath session. Some people like to bring fluffy socks, a hat or even a

You will also be walking slowly through the forest with Claire, whilst engaging
in heartfelt conversation.
☀️ Please bring a bottle of water. There are toilet facilities and places to refill
your bottle. You may also wish to bring a light snack for the short breaks.
